3. Intellectual Property & Client Deliverables

Upon full payment for completed services under a executed SOW, the client retains full ownership of custom source code, design assets, and proprietary deliverables created specifically for their project. NeoMoti retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, developer tools, and site content.
